On September 23, Vida Medical, a subsidiary of China Anke, held a performance management seminar for the fourth quarter of 2023. Li Xiang, chief financial officer of the stock headquarters, attended the meeting. This conference is the first performance management seminar after Weida Medical won the bid of the three major projects.
The meeting focused on the performance appraisal management methods and optimization plan, decomposed the set goals for the fourth quarter, formulated relevant measures, and signed the business target responsibility certificate for the fourth quarter of each department, which laid a solid foundation for the completion of the overall goals of the year.
